TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Object of the online contract and its definition
By "online" sales contract we mean the remote contract, i.e. the legal transaction concerning movable goods and/or services stipulated between a supplier, Camera17 based in Turin, Via Avigliana 17/a and a consumer customer within of a distance selling system organized by the supplier who, for this contract, uses the distance communication technology known as the "internet". All contracts, therefore, will be concluded directly through access by the consumer customer to the website corresponding to the address: www.camera17.it, where, following the indicated procedures, he will conclude the contract for the purchase of the goods . By final consumer we mean the natural person who purchases goods and services for purposes not directly referable to any professional activity carried out. Below are the conditions of sale which will remain effective until changed by the supplier. Any changes to the conditions of sale will be effective from the moment they are published on the website and will refer to sales made from that moment on.

2. Sale prices and purchase methods
All the sales prices of the services displayed and indicated on the website, for which they constitute an offer to the public pursuant to art. 1336 of the Civil Code, are inclusive of VAT and all other taxes (unless otherwise indicated). Where foreseen, a transport cost is duly highlighted on the appropriate page within the site that the customer will take care to view before confirming the purchase; in the event of delivery abroad, any additional costs due to taxes or fees provided for by the legislation in force in the country of destination will be charged to the consumer. The purchase contract is concluded through the exact compilation and the consent to the purchase expressed through the accession given "on line". The customer can pay for the goods ordered using only the payment methods indicated online at the time of purchase.
Estimated delivery times are 5 days.

3. Buyer's obligations
The consumer undertakes and obliges, once the "online" purchase procedure has been completed, to print and keep these general conditions, which, however, he will have already viewed and accepted as an obligatory step in the purchase, as well as of the specifications of the product being purchased, and this in order to fully satisfy the condition referred to in Article 3 and 4 of the Decree legislation no. 185/1999. It is strictly forbidden for the purchaser to enter false and/or invented and/or fictitious data in the registration procedure necessary to activate the procedure for the execution of this contract and the related further communications; the personal data and e-mail must be exclusively one's real personal data and not of third parties, or of fantasy. It is expressly forbidden to make double registrations corresponding to a single person or enter data of third parties. The company reserves the right to legally prosecute any violation and abuse, in the interest and for the protection of all consumers.

4. Right of withdrawal and complaints
The consumer who for any reason is not satisfied with the purchase made, has the right to withdraw from the purchase, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within 30 calendar days from the conclusion of the contract. The withdrawal must be manifested by sending an email to resi@camera17.it within the aforementioned term of 30 calendar days. The consumer cannot exercise this right of withdrawal for products made to measure or clearly personalized or which, by their nature, cannot be returned or are likely to deteriorate or expire rapidly. Within the aforementioned term of 30 days, all purchased goods intact and in their original packaging, without any lack, must be returned to the sender-supplier. Return fees will be charged to the customer. When the return returns to our warehouse, we will issue the refund with the same payment method used for the purchase.

5. Contract termination and express termination clause
Camera17 has the right to terminate the stipulated sales contract by simply notifying the customer with adequate and justified reasons; in this case the customer will only be entitled to a refund of any sum already taken and paid.

6. Jurisdiction and Competent Court
Any dispute relating to the application, execution, interpretation and violation of purchase contracts entered into "online" through the website www.camera17.it is subject to Italian jurisdiction; although not expressly provided herein, these general conditions refer to the combined provisions of legislative decree n° 50 of 15.1.1992 and legislative decree n° 185 of 22.5.1999. For any dispute between the parties regarding this contract, the Court of residence of the Customer or the elective domicile of the final consumer will be competent (Article 1469 Bis No. 19). For all the others, the court of Aosta.

7. Privacy Policy:
European citizens and any person residing even temporarily in the EU territory have the right to have their data processed in compliance with EU Regulation 2016/679.

Data owner:
Camera17 based in Turin , Via Avigliana 17/a – ITALY, is the OWNER of the personal data collected from the website www.camera17.it It is possible to contact the Data Controller by e-mail at info@camera17.it or by telephone during opening hours of opening of the activity at the number +39 011 434 6385 . Camera17 is not required to appoint a DPO pursuant to art. 37 of the GDPR.

Collected data:
The site collects personal data spontaneously entered by the interested party during the creation of the account or for the purchase of products. The site collects data relating to navigation and identification codes through so-called "cookies" as specified below. Camera17 does not process personal data of minors under the age of 16 or data pursuant to art. 9 of the GDPR.

Purpose of the treatment:
Personal data is processed, without carrying out any formal or automatic verification, on the equipment and systems of the Data Controller or of a trusted Manager in order to:
• carry out an assignment received, ship the purchased products, manage orders and customer relations, fulfill legal obligations. These treatments are to be considered mandatory as they are necessary and failure to provide data affects the provision of services.
• send information and commercial proposals via email or other communication tools. This processing is optional, requires the consent of the interested party but allows us to offer a better service.

Data recipients:
The data may be processed by persons in charge and internal collaborators of the organization. Personal data could also be processed by subjects external to the organization, such as shipping companies, public bodies, professionals and technicians who carry out maintenance and control operations on the equipment.

Data transfer to third countries:
The collected data can be transferred to non-EU countries that offer guarantees of protection as per articles 45 and 46 of the GDPR.

Duration of treatment:
The processing of personal data has no end and the data may also be processed only for internal archiving of the organization until consent is revoked.

Right of the interested party:
• Right to information. The interested party has the right to know the categories and purposes of the personal data stored or processed by Camera17
• Right to modify or rectify. The interested party has the right to rectify or modify their data by sending an electronic communication that allows their unambiguous and secure recognition.
• Right to limitation or cancellation. The interested party has the right to revoke consent to the processing of their data limited to the cases provided for by the GDPR, by sending an electronic communication that allows their unambiguous and secure recognition. The data will be deleted considering the technical measures available and the reasonable efforts necessary also in relation to the aims and rights pursued.
• Right of portability. The interested party has the right to receive his data in an intelligible and standard format in the ways and limits of the available techniques and reasonable efforts necessary for extraction.

Automatic processes:
The data collected is processed automatically for the creation of archives within the organization. No activities attributable to a profiling of the interested party are performed.
